Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities are available! If you or your organization are interested in being a sponsor for the event, please download a sponsorship packet for more information on sponsorship tiers and event perks. Payments can be made by check or through eventbrite! The deadline for sponsorship information is March 28th, 2024 5:00pm to ensure all promotional materials are ready for the day of the event.

NOTE: Children's Advocacy Center of Butler County is unable to accept any sponsorships by Political Action Committees (PACs).  We also ask that during the event your time and resources not be used for partisan political purposes—that is, to support or oppose any candidate running for public office.  Your understanding of this is greatly appreciated.

Basket Raffle/Special Raffle Donations

We welcome support for the event through basket raffle donations of all shapes and sizes. Basket donations under $200 value will be entered into our standard basket raffle. Raffle donations over $200 value will be put into a special raffle. Raffle items are requested by April 19th, 2024 5:00pm so they can be cataloged and promoted on social media prior to the event. Basket Raffle donors are asked to complete and return a sponsorship packet to track donations.

Bake Sale Donations

A great option to support the event for those with the gift of making tasty treats! Bake sale items should be individually wrapped with common allergens clearly marked. Bake sale donations are requested by April 26th, 2024 5:00pm at the earliest, or delivered to Family Bowlaway between 10am-11am the morning of the event to ensure goodies are fresh! Bake sale donors are asked to complete and return a sponsorship packet to track donations.
